Mahmudov Eldar Ysifovich

Director of the institute of pre-niversity education and international cooperation of NTU, senior lecturer of the department of eloctronics and computes

      Mahmudov E. Y. was born on the 31 of october 1949 in Azerbaijan. In 1977 he graduated from Kiyv Institute of Engineers of Civil Aviation.

     Mahmudov E. Y. has worked as lecturer, deputy dean, dean of department working with foreigh students, as well as director of different institutes of Kiyv.

     Since 1981 he has taken part in preparation of more than 1500 qualified specialists from nearly 120 foreign countries.

     He has awards from ministries of foreign countries and air transport companies.

     He is married, has a son.
