In 1971 graduated from Kyiv Automobile and Road Institute, specializing in “Road Transport”, in 1974 - postgraduate studies in ”Heat Engines”.

Experience:
- Director of the Institute of Distance Learning of National Transport University since 2003.
- Dean of the Faculty of Distance Learning since 1986.
- Assistant professor of the Chair of Descriptive Geometry and Engineering Graphics since 1976.
- Professor of the Chair of Production Systems and Service on Transport since 1995.
- Auditor in certification of auto transport services (certificate ¹ UA.003.PS.037-02 and ¹ UA.003.AT.038-02).
- Associate Professor at the University of Bangui, Central African Republic (1979-1980).
- Associate Professor at the National Institute of Light and Food Industries in Bumerdes, Algeria (1981-1985).
Internships:
- 1978-1979 – French language courses at the National Taras Shevchenko University, Kyiv.
- 1979 –Training to improve the French language at the University Paul Valery in Montpellier, France.
- 1994 – research and educational training in the Business School in Paris (Ecole Superieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales – ESSEC).
- 1997 – training in the field of autoservice's organization under the auspices of the Frankfurt's Commerce Chamber in Oder, Germany.
- 1999 - Internship on ventures in Germany, France and the Netherlands to manage construction and maintenance of roads.
- 2001 – Fellow of Queen Jadwiga Fund at Jagiellonian University, Krakow (research and educational training by management).
Andrusenko S. I. is an author of 5 certificates for inventions, more than 80 scientific and methodological works and 8 manuals.
