Gulyayev Valery Ivanovich

Head of the Department of Higher Mathematics, Doctor of Science (Technology), Professor, State prize-winner of Ukraine in the sphere of science and technology, Honoured Activist of Science and Technology of Ukraine.

     He has prepared 3 Doctors of Science and 51 PhD’s, particularly for Nigeria, China, Mauritius, Lebanon, Algeria, Togo, Iraq, Vietnam and others. His main scientific interests include:
     - nonclassical and classical theories of elastic shells of complicated shapes;
     - dynamic stability of nonlinear mechanical systems;
     - celestial mechanics and mechanics of space flights;
     - dynamics of robotic systems;
     - dynamics of elastic thin wall rotors in compound rotation;
     - seismics of tectonic media;
     - mechanics of drill strings in hyper deep bore-holes.

     Prof. V.I. Gulyayev has been invited to perform research work abroad (Great Britain, France, Germany, Italy, the USA).
