Department of Economics

Head of the department – Kozak Ludmyla Stepanivna, Candidate of Science in Economics, Professor, Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Management and Law, Honored Employee of National Education of Ukraine, was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Mayor of Kiev, a holder of the Medal for Labour Merit, the Medal to the 1500-th Anniversary of Kiev, a holder of the Petro Mohyla Honorable Badge of MES of Ukraine.

     Postgraduate students of the department have participated and have been awarded the diplomas of the contests “Intelligence of the Youth as a Service to the Capital” and “Intellectual Potential of Young Scientists for the City of Kiev”.

     The department conducts academic process on full-time and part-time basis at the Institute of Transport Economics and Business. Full-time students usually have 26 assignments for their course papers and part –time students 8 respectively.

     The students have production and pre-graduation practice at transport road-building enterprises.
